In 1995, Ramesh Parasuraman founded Allied Solutions (I) Pvt. Ltd., an Engineering Graduate, established the company and has since been responsible for implementing its strategic vision and cultivating business partnerships. Additionally, he is a partner in Genesis Nutech and Gennext Strategy Advisors and holds memberships in various associations such as SPE, AIPMA, OPPI, and IPI.

Since 2011, Ramesh has been closely involved with SPE India and was elected as the Honorary Secretary from 2012 to 2014 before assuming the role of President of SPE India in 2021. He has participated in various SPE initiatives, including organizing numerous conferences and workshops.

Furthermore, he serves on the Editorial Committee of Plastindia’s Insights Magazine and has contributed to the AIPMA Committee for Seminars and Conferences. Additionally, he has chaired and co-chaired various Committees for the Plastindia Foundation.

Ramesh Parasuraman has presented papers at various seminars sponsored by professional organisations and industry associations. He is credited with setting up the first Gas Assist Injection System in India and possesses practical knowledge in Gas Assist Injection Moulding, design, and process. He has business expertise in all aspects of Plastic Processing, including Injection, Blow, Extrusion, and Recycling, with a particular interest in Plastic Pipes and PET Recycling.
